1. INTRODUCTION

2. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal pet-care purposes in accordance with these Terms.
3. USER ELIGIBILITY
Users under 18 years old may use the App only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. The parent or legal guardian is fully responsible for the user's actions and compliance with these Terms.
4. ACCOUNT SECURITY
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to notify the Developer immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. SERVICES AND USAGE
- **Purpose:** The App provides pet-care assistance, including health and wellness advice.
- **Content Upload:** Users may upload text, images, or videos related to pet-care.
- **Limitations:** The App must only be used for pet-care purposes. Reverse engineering the App is strictly prohibited.
- **Availability:** Services may be interrupted due to third-party provider downtime or internet outages.
- **Prohibited Uses:** Users must not use the App for illegal purposes, harm, or misuse of the App’s services.
6. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND USE
- **User Content:** Users retain the right to delete their uploaded content. However, all content uploaded becomes the property of the Developer.
- **Developer Rights:** The Developer may use, display, and distribute user content across various platforms.
- **Personal Information Use:** Personal information may be used for marketing, remarketing, and communication purposes in accordance with the Developer's security measures.
7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Users should consult a professional before taking any actions based on the App's recommendations.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.
9. PROPRIETARY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content are owned by the Developer. Unauthorized use of these rights is prohibited.

The App may use third-party services. Users agree to comply with the terms of these third parties. The Developer disclaims liability for third-party content and services, including links provided by AI outputs.
11. USER CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY
Users are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the content they upload. The Developer may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. Users can report inappropriate content through provided channels.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
The Developer is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters or technical issues.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration, subject to the rules and procedures determined by the Developer.
14. TERMINATION AND SURVIVAL
The Developer may terminate or suspend user accounts for payment noncompliance or misuse of the App. Upon termination, certain provisions of these Terms will survive, including disclaimers and limitations of liability.

User data will be retained as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in these Terms. Upon account termination, personal data will be deleted, except for chat data, which may be retained in an anonymized form for service improvement.
23. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the arbitration service provider. If arbitration is not feasible, the case will be adjudicated in the courts of Türkiye.
